Terms
Current information
Employers must submit accurate, current job information and must remove or correct an opening when it changes. TDJC may reject, edit with approval, suspend, expire, or remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or no longer current.
Review and payment
Submitting a job does not publish it. TDJC reviews the company and job first. Standard listings are free. Paid listings use Stripe Checkout only after review. Payment does not guarantee applicants, qualified applicants, interviews, hires, or any business result.
Featured placement
Featured listings are paid placements and are labelled as featured. A featured listing must still meet the same accuracy and review rules as a standard listing.
Listing terms and renewals
Each approved job remains live for up to 30 days unless it is filled, removed, or suspended sooner. Featured Carrier is a monthly subscription that renews until cancelled. Cancelling stops a future renewal; it does not extend an existing job beyond its 30-day term.
Refunds
TDJC will refund a paid listing that it cannot publish. A customer may also request a refund before the listing is published. After publication, listing fees and started subscription periods are not refundable except for a duplicate or incorrect charge, a service failure, a right required by law, or another written agreement with TDJC.
Applications
Some employers accept applications within TDJC; others use their own application page. TDJC confirms receipt of applications submitted here, not a hiring decision or employer response. Drivers should confirm job details and the identity of the employer before sharing personal information.
