Job listing policy

Real, authorized openings

The submitter must represent the employer or have its permission. Each listing must describe a real, current opening with genuine intent to hire. TDJC does not accept scraped jobs, affiliate offers, business opportunities, training sales pages, or advertisements disguised as jobs.

Accurate job details

The title, employer, work base, province or territory, hiring area, licence, employment type, pay summary, requirements, and application path must match the actual opening. Do not add false locations, duplicate the same job to target extra places, hide material conditions, or stuff search terms into the content.

Driver safety and fair access

A listing cannot charge a driver to apply or require payment to obtain the job. It cannot contain unlawful discrimination, offensive content, deceptive immigration claims, requests for highly sensitive records through TDJC, or instructions that create an avoidable safety risk.

Review and expiration

TDJC can request proof, corrections, or a direct employer application link. Approved jobs publish for 30 days and then leave public search automatically. Employers must report a filled, cancelled, or changed job before that date.

Paid placement

Featured jobs are marked as paid placement. Payment affects visibility only. It does not bypass review or guarantee views, applications, interviews, or hires.
